Bridging the Gap in Healthcare Access Across Ghana and Beyond
Supported by Ensign Global College, and in collaboration with the Health Facilities Regulatory Agency of Ghana (HeFRA), we are a research-driven initiative focused on enhancing healthcare accessibility in Ghana. Starting with real-time visibility into breast and cervical cancer services, our mission is to empower individuals, healthcare providers, and policymakers with reliable, up-to-date information on service availability. By bridging gaps in critical health services, we aim to foster proactive healthcare decisions and save lives.
Rooted in the rigorous research culture of Ensign Global College, this project addresses a pressing issue: the lack of accessible, real-time data on essential healthcare services in Ghana. Leveraging evidence-based methods and cutting-edge data analytics, our team of public health experts, data scientists, and healthcare advocates is building a platform that brings critical insights directly to users—whether patients, healthcare providers, policy-makers, researchers, or NGOs—supporting informed and timely healthcare choices.
While the current focus is on breast and cervical cancer services, our broader vision is to continue researching scalable solutions that will improve accessibility for various essential healthcare services. Our goal is to provide communities across Ghana and beyond with the tools they need to make informed health decisions, advancing equity and improving health outcomes.
Our Core Team is composed of experienced professionals and researchers from Ensign Global College and other institutions, each dedicated to transforming healthcare access through data-driven research and innovative solutions. Together, we combine expertise in public health, data science, technology, and healthcare management to build a reliable real-time healthcare interface for Ghana.
